2020 Vintage
The 2020 vintage was generous, with ripe dark plum and berry flavors, orange peel, and a rich smooth palate feel. Careful use of French oak frames the wine without obscuring herbal scents of marjoram and black tea.
San Simeon
San Simeon offers unmistakable notes of our unique selection of French oak barrels with aromas of rich black fruits mingled with violets, cocoa, caramel, and toast. The palate expresses ripe pomegranate and boysenberry progressing into notes of oak spice, molasses, and dried lavender.
Sangiovese
Our Sangiovese is generally powerful and complex yet balanced. 2018 is an exception with a complex nose of black cherry, pencil lead, and sage. The palate shows pomegranate, bay leaf, minerality, and black tea. The texture is rich, with substantial yet polished tannins, acidity, and refined tannins.
Highlands 41 Black Granite
The Highlands 41 Black Granite red blend is a snapshot of Paso Robles with a blend of grapes that feature the essence of the region highlighted through notes of bold berries and smooth finish.
2022 Maddalena Cabernet Sauvignon
The 2022 Maddalena Cabernet Sauvignon is filled with vibrant fruit flavors, including dark plum, raspberry, and spicy black cherry. Barrel aging lends to notes of vanilla, caramel, and oak spice. With a silky texture and a round, rich mouth framed by soft tannins, this well-rounded and well-balanced wine makes a perfect pairing for almost any meal.
Albarino
Pale lemon color, moderately bright. Aromas of key lime, green apple, orange blossom, rose hips, white pepper, and slate. Reduced openings with a little dissolved CO2 that blows off. Consistent flavors to the nose, adding hints of pink grapefruit and fresh peaches to the fruit and secondary salted almonds. Distinct minerality and refined tannins.
Old Vine White Blend
A brightly pitched bouquet of lemon peel, toasted brioche, stone fruit, flint, and celery salt introduce this old vine white blend. The palate offers flavors of Asian pear, wax melon, and honeycomb that give way to an incredibly textural mid-palate. The persistent finish is brightened with a briny salinity that lingers long after the wine is gone.
Eberle’s Zinfandel
Eberle’s Zinfandel dances on the line of traditional hearty zin and elegance. The 2021 Zinfandel is well-balanced with upfront tannins followed by juicy flavors of sweet fruits. The blackberry, spiced plum and black pepper flavors play off of the hints of cardamom spice and sweet tobacco.
